Not too practical or useable. Batter gets stuck in fine mesh and can't be washed out. The handles are flimsy and you can't really get a good grip. One of the sides cracked off after 2 uses.I liked the idea, but it just doesn't work.

I would not recommend this item. The batter stuck to the matzoh ball maker and did not form a ball. We tried to return it to the seller but they would not take it back. Very disappointed!

I bought this item for most of my family as a gag gift for Chanukah. I cannot certify how it worked for them, and I didn't buy one for myself, but I can certify that everybody who I gave it to had a smile on their face once they saw it. Therefore, the product for my purposes was a success.

I've enjoyed making matzoh ball soup at home for holidays, but always had to oil my hands and roll the dough between my palms... I'm liking being able to make matzoh balls with this tool, instead - plus the balls are more regular in size, compared to the ones I used to make (tiny vs. big). Make sure to hold the tool under the water as you open it to release the ball... works great!!!
