Bullko Men's Genuine Leather Dress Casual Belt 1.25" Width Classic Buckle

INITIAL INSPECTIONI’m in the process of replacing department store junk with a little better quality. Before even trying on the Bullko belt it passed the test compared to a belt at the same price at a department store. I’m questioning if the belt really is full grain leather as stated by the seller. At a minimum it is top grain leather, but at the price sold it is a good deal in any case. I’m not a leather expert so I will leave it at that.SIZINGI purchased size 34-36. I confirmed the seller’s diagram is correct as to the length and hole locations. See photos 6, 6A, 7 and 8. With that in mind if unsure about your required size just measure one of your existing belts.The belt can be shortened easily. It has a screw to remove the belt from the buckle portion. See photos 4 and 5. My optimal size is 35 which is a rarity, if not impossible to find, so I’m going to remove the screw, cut off one inch and reattach.

Very disappointed. The belt has a strong kerosene odor that fills a room (probably from the dye), and the belt's dye comes off on my clothes.Follow up review:The intense odor eventually went away after wiping the belt with a mild cleaning agent and laying the belt out in the sun for several hours. The dye has not bleed or rubbed off onto my clothing since (but I will keep an eye on it). I am changing my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. I would have increased it to 5 but for the initial bad experience that could have been avoided if the seller made sure this product was ready for consumer use without the headache inducing odor. That's said, I would probably buy this product again.

I have a 34" waist and bought the 32-34" belt. Fits perfectly....with 2 holes to grow bigger, or 3 holes to get smaller.Leather feels like good quality, and I definitely recommend this belt.

Nice, thick belt, but I ultimately returned it because I wasn’t sure it was a belt that would hold up and look great for years (I’m in the process of replacing my cheap leather products with quality ones).THE GOOD:The belt is thick.I used their chart to select the length and sizing was accurate.Buckle seemed to be well constructed.It is a better quality belt than you would get for the same price at a department store.THE BAD:I’m not sure it’s made from a single strip of full-grain leather. Looking through the holes it looked like it might be made of multiple layers of leather pressed together (I couldn’t tell definitively). The top layer (if it truly has multiple layers) very well could be full-grain leather, but I wanted a belt made of a single strip of leather.The surface also showed signs of distress right out of the box, which would be great for a casual belt but I was looking for a dress belt.The color was more matte than it looks in the picture, again great for a casual belt but not to match with glossier dress shoes.It is made in China, which always raises concerns for me about quality control, the accuracy of the description, and durability.I bought this belt and a different full grain leather for a few more dollars, and after comparing them side by side, I decided to keep the other belt and return this one.

This is a very good dress/work belt. Longer than I thought it would be, additional holes had to be punched in order to cinch it up on my waist. The leather is quite thick and will not (easily) fit through some skimpy belt loops. Pants’ fault, not the belt. The leather is well cured and of high-quality. Great color, no odor, seems very durable. The buckle is attractive and solid. I would definitely buy another one.

Have worn this for about a month now. Is good looking- got the brown and the black. both are well made and solid. I expect them to be around for a long time. Can recommend them highly.

This is a nice leather belt that looks good and was the right color for me. The leather quality is good for this price range. The finish is nice also. The only thing that gives me a slight concern is the buckle is held on by only one braid with thinner leather used to secure the buckle (see photos). So far so good, If it doesn't hold up I will update the review.

The quality looks good, but the belt is 2-1/2” shorter than described! Ordered this to replace a different belt that I’d ordered that was too short, so I was particularly careful to select the correct size based on their size chart. And guess what??? Belt is too short. Luckily, Amazon is great about returns - as long as you don’t mind making a trip to the post office (which totally defeats the purpose of ordering online).
