Seam stitching gave out in a week, maybe sooner
I'm pretty trusting and therefore didn't closely inspect this when it arrived. I've taken it to work six times. Tonight I happened to see an item protruding from the tote. See photos. It looks like the fabric was cut with no seam allowance, and so the stitches simply did not hold. I liked the tote a lot, it met my work/commute needs well. So I opted to re-order in hopes that second time, the product will not be defective. I'll update my review when I receive it, and If it is still unsatisfactory I will drop down to one star. If it is better made, I may consider adding a star. Wish me luck. BTW, Amazon made it very easy to return and ask for a replacement or refund.
