While still a bit wet, pour either regular, rice, or rye flour all around the proofing bowl with or without linen.Shake and Pour out any excess. 4. Flip banneton bowl over and let dough pour onto non- stick pan that you will be cooking your bread on.Use scraper to loosen dough from the basket 6.Cook bread and Enjoy!!! Tips: You should not have to wash your banneton proofing bowl after or before every use. We advise washing with water for 2 to 7 minutes while very lightly scrubbing when you first receive the bowl. After washing and also after every use, best practice is to let dry under direct sunlight. If you're not able to set your bowl under direct sunlight, let dry near a window where the sun shines most. We would advise you to also hand wash the linen cover with water only. REMEMBER! Do Not Cook Dough While Inside Banneton Bowl. Great Baking Results!
The bread proofing basket worked out really well! The bread had the desired pattern indicative of sourdough bread. The proofing basket is super easy to use. spray lightly with water and the flour heavily. Never wash the basket. Once the dough has risen, turn the risen dough out onto a silpat or similar item on a baking sheet and bake according to the recipe. Remember to NEVER bake in the proofing basket. It is not meant as something to bake the bread in, only to proof in.

Title is misleading - the 3 piece set refers to one basket, one cloth, and one scraper. For the cost this is a poor deal. I expected three proofing baskets.

Great product!
Great for the holiday. I ordered this so I could surprise my family with homemade bread. It really helped with proofing the dough. Also the bread was delicious!!!

Smaller than I anticipated...
great set, scraper cover, etc... I didn't check dimensions and bowl was smaller than I expected. Check dimensions. 🙂

Improved bread making
Bought this as a gift for my husband who loves to make bread. The first loaf he made was very tasty, had a great shape and crust. I think this helped it proof better and helps shape the bread loaf.

Baker's Bread Accessory
This was a Christmas gift for my son-in-law. He has just gotten into baking bread so this looked like a perfect gift. He loved it. He baked a beautiful loaf of bread and said he will enjoy using it again and again. The only negative is there were no instructions or tips of how to use or recipes to try included. He had to go online to research about it.
