I installed this battery in my Dell XPS 13 9350 and the computer doesn't recognize the battery so it won't charge it. The description says it's a genuine Dell replacement and it is marked as such on the battery. However, it is a knock-off and one that doesn't work. Don't buy this!

I purchased this replacement for my XPS 13 9350 in August 2018 because my original battery from Dell wouldn’t hold a charge for very long anymore and had started to swell affecting the touchpad operation. The battery arrived promptly and was very simple to install (you can find some very well written guides that describe the process, just a few simple screws) and I was back to getting 7 or 8 hours of use on a charge.Suddenly in December 2018, an orange light was blinking on the laptop indicating that the battery needed to be replaced. I contacted the seller (Sansi) and they sent me a replacement free of charge. Once replaced we are all good again. My compliments to a seller that stands behind their product. While I can say with confidence the laptop was used in very typical ways, they have no way to confirm that or could have assumed I did something wrong in Installation. Don’t hesitate to buy this battery to give your laptop the boost it needs.

Although marked Dell-- this was not at all compatible to my Dell XPS 13. After installation a warning light started blinking and said it would not charge. Sent it back & they refunded my money.

Did the trick for replacing older battery. Easy install and charged to 100%.

Bought October 2018, now doesn't hold a 5 minute charge. Lasted just over a year and a half, so outside warranty. Very disappointed.

Yes, it was easy to install. But, that isn't any consolation when the battery REFUSES to keep a charge! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!

I was worried about this battery being the wrong voltage, or a re-work. It wasn't. It was a 7.6V 56WH, an original Dell 90V7W for XPS 13 laptop. Very happy to replace my old battery that was swelling up and expanding into the keyboard.

Didn't realize how much battery life had been lost after 5+ yrs; I had forgotten that a new battery holds more than 7 hrs of charge! Replaced the AC port as well since I had the back off to replace the battery. LOTS of tiny screws!!!
