Second time Giva has delivered product with an item missing in the set. The earrings were missing in my case. I'm astoshnished that a company of its repute could be so fradulent after I paid the whole amount for my silver jewellery set. Highly dissatisfied.

I had ordered this as a set of jewellery with chain and earings. Paid 3500 online , but when I received the product and opened it I couldn’t find earings ,without serial number or tag included in it.This is so disappointing especially since I bought this for a special occasion.
