White Feather Hosta - UNBELIEVABLE/RARE/NEW - Bareroot

Package arrived quickly and soaked the bare roots for an hour or so before planting them in jiffy pots with starter soil and putting them under a light in my basement greenhouse. They started to grow immediately. After 6 weeks indoors I moved them to my porch about a week and then planted them in ground. They are feathery and white just like the picture. I don't know if they will flower the first year, but that is normal. They are strong healthy plants as of Memorial Day weekend. Its also important to know that just like all shade plants.. the colors will change slightly depending on the exposure to sun. These are white as advertised, keep them in partial shade to full shade. :)

I know how to plant, these looked bad on arrival, I carefully followed planting guide and they died!

I've been wanting this plant for some time. The first one was ordered from Breck's, and like usual, did not perform. This speciman was hardier and started to grow right away. I look forward to seeing it next season when it should more fully develop.

Can't speak on growing but the bulb looked good and was packaged great. Hopefully I'll have a beautiful hosta in a bit 🤞

Planted the small, bare root. It grew, but it’s green and not white at all.

I received a very small root piece, so I didn't expect much, however within in a few days of plant three little white leaves grew. It has been about a month since planting, and the leaves are not much bigger then when they first sprouted, so it is not a very vigorous grower, I have it next two a few other hostas who have since grown and put out flower spikes.

Don't buy it's a bulb and it never came up.
