Great jammies, size up!
Very comfortable material, I would size up for sure, though. My son is 2.5 and I got him a size 5. They fit just how I wanted them to, the ribbed material makes them smaller after wash, after a couple minutes on they fit perfect. The illustrations are on the outside only so no itchy tummy or irritation which is very important to me.

My son is skinny, yet the hands and neck are very tight. My son just turned six, and I ordered 5/6. I had to return due to fit issue; otherwise the quality is very good.
