50, Assorted, Empty, 5.5 ml Lip Balm Tubes

These Basic Essentials lip balm tubes don't look exactly like the pictures... I also thought there was subtle shimmer in the plastic caps, but there isn't.There are no silver/grey tubes, just totally clear ones instead, and the salmon and orange colors are almost completely identical. You'll have some trouble seeing the difference.These lip balm tubes are really beautiful and seem to be of pretty good quality. I love the colors, but the caps are much lighter color than depicted in the picture. It doesn't affect the integrity of the product. It just affects the integrity of the company.I also purchased Kare and Kind lip balm tubes (which come w/nice sticker labels) that are very similar, but they have larger, more secure, tight-fitting caps than these Basic Essential caps.I'm not saying that these caps are loose, but they just aren't more secure than about minimum efficient level. The caps are looser than the caps on Chapsticks.So the picture this company shows you is not exactly what you'll get. It shows very bright, vivid, shimmery colors. In reality, these are nice and attractive, but they're a much more watered down version. They are totally transparent, light Easter colors.I'd have zero complaints if I didn't already see what I was supposed to receive. See that tube on the left, the silver one? There is no actual color on that in reality. Totally transparent. So I don't know what these guys are trying to pull, but they don't need to.These are really pretty and colorful lip balm tubes, and I look forward to using them.I considered giving 4 stars, simply because it's not my phone/laptop screen that's skewing the colors. It's their photograph and editing that's off. They wanted it to look better than it actually does.And that is the type of slight deception used by many of these companies.Since I like the product so much anyway, I'm going with 5 stars for now.I'd encourage you to get these. Just be aware!

I love the color variety. I can't wait to start using these. I am considering buying more of these and maybe start selling them. I will update my review once I have these filled. I am curious to know if these are leak proof.

These tubes are easy to use and fill without leakage. The container size is true to the 5.5ml and would take a smidge more if you prefer to have your balms "filled to the brim". I would order these again for personal use as I like the variety of colors in the assorted box. These are a bit too expensive for business use costing $0.24 each vs. my usual $0.14 from a supply company.These are great for aromatherapy and healing balms as well since butters/waxes hold the essential oil on the skin longer than many roll-on versions.

Used these for my daughter’s birthday “make your own lipstick kits” we sent out to her friends. It was a huge success and easy for the 8 year olds to use. I bought a huge seringue for the kids to use to insert the melted lipstick into the tubes. Worked really well.

These seemed okay, but I didn’t end up using them because of how badly they were packaged. The box was broken open and all the tubes were spilled about the bag and some were crushed. The ones that remained looked strange and I ended up just throwing them away. Overall, I was very disappointed since the ones that were still whole looked nice. I just didn’t trust using the product after seeing them all open like that.

Thank goodness they came EXACTLY AS THEY SHOULD WHEN IT CAME TO SIZE. Other cosmetic shippers be having mini versions of stuff like lip gloss, fragrance bottles, etc. Now the colors are just about the same. The only color that's not exactly looking as the color would be the one that looks kinda gold. It's actually like an orangish brownish color even though they mentioned that it's something like coral or what not after I looked at the colors in the description. ANYWAY, it came on time, came professionally wrapped, came with the correct quantity, and I LOVED THEM! The only reason I would return them is to get the 100 quantity which I am considering.

These tubes were perfect for lip balm. They are colorful, good quality, the caps fit properly and the product moves as expected in the tube. These made very nice gifts. I like the variety of colors and also the white and clear selections. Men felt comfortable taking those and the blue lids. I will buy these again as the need arises. One recipe filled about 25 tubes.

I searched and searched for some good lip balm containers and I finally found them! Have bought 2 packs and all have worked without fail! Tight caps, no leaking, consistent throughout! Yay!
