I actually won these when Amazon had it's free giveaways contests. I gave them to my wife because she has always had a problem with constipation because of all the meds she takes. She has tried everything but two days after she took these pills they really worked for her. Now my wife swears by them. She orders them regularly and has had no problems since. The only time she has problems is when she doesn't take them. Highly recommended.

These products have a shelf life of 3-4 years, so why would I have received a bottle that was nearly out of date? I'm afraid to take and can't get a refund. Shipping it back would cost me and that would make what I spent even more. Never again. I like that this supplement contains lots of natural ingredients. The psyllium husk powder that’s in the ingredients have many health benefits that includes lowering LDL cholesterol, creates regular bowel movements, helps with high blood pressure, helps with diarrhea, and etc.... I also like that this cleanse just last 15 days, when taking 2 capsules a day as recommended.

I have tried quite a few laxatives as they have some constipation problems. These capsules are regular in size and easy to swallow. There is no aftertaste or belching after taking. This drug really works, as indicated in the instructions, I took two capsules with water. I woke up in the morning from a fairly severe pain in my stomach, this pain lasted about an hour. And in general, the state was not very good. Later, the drug worked, but the discomfort in the abdomen did not go away almost until the middle of the day. My husband also took this drug and he also had stomach pains and later he got severe stomach upset and didn’t take this drug anymore. The upset stomach continued every time he took these pills. As soon as he stopped drinking them, his condition returned to normal. But I want to point out that the upset stomach from these pills is not like that from indigestion or poisoning. To tell you the truth, I don't think it's a good idea to take this drug if you have to go to work tomorrow or have a busy day, as the stomach hurts quite badly and overall the condition is not very good. I don't think I will take this drug again. Undoubtedly it works, but it doesn't suit me how I felt.I wish you stay healthy!Thanks for reading this review. This seems to be good for occasional constipation. Also not habit forming like harsh laxative choices. I like that there are probiotics in this product so that it may help restore colon health and re-establish natural bowel movements. I may update this post at a later date.
