This was purchased as a replacement for a brittle, damaged alternator connector. It was a simple cut, tin, solder, wrap replacement. The plug is an exact and correct fit for the '03 Audi alternator.

Quality part with plenty of wire to put it where you need it. If this is the style connector plug you need than this is a great choice as far as where to buy it.

It worked in a pinch for CET sensor on Audi 2.0 TFSI engine. However, it's not an exact match for original connector. The inner "o-ring" is thicker and tighter than original. It didn't let the connector to go "all way in" and engage the latch with a click no matter how hard I pushed.

I bought this part because the first one I bought from Rock Auto also didn't fit. I have a stock 2010 Audi A6 Quattro. This connector (as well as the one from Rock Auto) is not big enough to cover the actual crankshaft position sensor connector housing .

Any one who own a German Automobile and work on their own car should keep a few in their tool box.

Used on a bosch waterpump, reviews on that product said this connector would fit but it was a tad bit too small..rather than return it i followed the lead of another review and cut out the flat side to make it work

This does not work for the Bosch coolant pump 0392020073 as it says "frequently bought together" Misleading
