It's a great case, light, slim and does its job
I had a battery case on my previous note so I knew I had to have one for this one. It. Charges the phone fast if the cases battery is completely dead it does take a long time to charge the case fully. I normally dont let the case die completely because it takes so long to recharge to 100%. The note 9s battery life is amazing also so I've only had to use the case a few times since I e had it. Its light not bulky like some battery cases I've had in the past. It also helps protect the phone if its dropped.

Don't buy the Note 9 version, it doesn't allow you to use the fingerprint scanner normally
The ONLY way thia allows you the fingerprint reader is SIDEWAYS. So if you hold the phone upright and slide your finger down, too little of your finger actually reaches the reader. You have to put the phone either horizontal (wtf!!!!) Or.you can't really use the reader. That is just plain bad product design. Send it back after less then a day. Absolutely useless.

Ultimate battery life!
It does make your phone more bulky. But I've never ran out of battery life in a day.

The battery get a little hot wild charging.
I like this case, it's well made and works well with my Galaxy Note 9.

Great charging case and for long trips
Works how its supposed to. It fits the phone well and I've charged my phone fully twice so far off one charge.The case is heavy but not so heavy that it makes this a problem. I'm pleased with this product.

It's wonderful! I really enjoy never needing to charge my phone. It's solid and feels good. It was a great purchase!

Not for longterm
Phone case stopped taking a charge 2 months after being bought. Am very disappointed!!!!
