I bought these to sink in deck joists that started to separate. They drove easily with the impact driver and I could just watch the joists sink in. the included drill bit is a nice to have so you don't have to remember to bring/buy the right star bit.

You can see from the pics, it is lighter than the comparable S.p.a.x. lags. It is not as wide, and the head is much smaller. So: not as strong, doesnt grab as much wood, but other than that no complaints. Do not use it for structural purposes anyone who knows construction will not be impressed.

This pack of screws made my deck installation a breeze! The value is there and the strength is there. The provided bit fit great and connected to my impactor to easily zip these screws right through beams holding all of my structure together with strength. I will be purchasing this product again!

Worked perfectly for attaching top rails to a wood post fence, and about 1/3 cheaper than the local ranch store.
