I bought this to nuke the moss on the roof of our home & an outbuilding.It's easily attached to a garden hose, and the built-in mixing valve makes it simple to choose between "off", "water only", and "NUKE the moss" spray settings.I sprayed the roof of my 1 story ranch home from a simple step-ladder, and did the roof of the out-building from ground level.The foamy nature of the spray makes it easy to see where you're applying the moss-killing mixture.After a day or two, what had been green moss was now yellow & sickly/dead-looking.This is good stuff. Fairly priced, easily applied.EFFECTIVE.

We have moss on our house bad our neighbor suggested this you hook up the house to it and spray it on. It’s a white slimy spray. It smells horrible! But it does its job. We sprayed the entire roof front side and backs and had enough for the whole thing. It’s cheaper here then at Lowe’s.

It produces a nice light sprinkle when attached to a hose. I was able to spray my one-story garage roof without needing a ladder. Although I wasn’t studying the roof for signs of progress later that day or even the next day, I could certainly tell within a couple days that the moss had turned a yellowish brown. Now that a couple weeks have passed, I’m reasonably confident that it was successfully killed. It’s still there (it doesn’t magically fall off), but it’s dead. I expect that with considerable time, it’ll break down and slowly disintegrate. The roof is really too steep for me to want to climb up there and scrape it off myself. I’m pleased with how easy and effective it was.

This product works. I purchased the Moss Out for Roofs. My house is near a forest and the roof stays mostly in the shade and remains damp when it rains so the roof had developed a good coverage of algae and moss. Also the roof has a shallow pitch.The product killed the algae and moss (algae went from a white to pale yellow and the moss went from green to brown). It took about 3-4 days to see results; so I do not consider this "quick; see results in hours" like the label states. The algae and moss remain on the roof but the algae coverage is definitely less than before. Do expect the product to dissolve or "remove" the moss.I'm not convinced a single 27 oz. bottle covers 500 sq.ft. I covered an area a little less than 400 sq.ft. before the bottle empty. I plan to apply a second application.I recommend the product but keep your expectations in check and don't expect "miracle" results.

Easy to use! It was hard to wait to see if it worked, but it did get rid of moss everywhere I sprayed it. There were a few spots I missed or not sprayed enough, and I got those in a targeted application. Now I have forgotten how mossy my aggregate concrete patio was. Wish I had taken a few photos. It looks tidy and is safer now.

1 star for the clever spray bottle attaching to a hose. Sprayed a small area of brick floor twice.. It rained a bit after the first application so i used a second bottle to be sure... Everything's still green... Spitting at the moss possibly could have worked better... Somewhat more successful pure (not diluted) but even then not 100% and totally non economical that way. Used a clorox mix on another area and it did the job for way less $ the first time. If this were environmentally friendly I guess you could defend it a little but based on how it smells it's probably just as bad as clorox so might as well use that (I'll reuse their convenient spray bottle though, one star just for the bottle.)

The product is amazing, works fast, I had a ton on moss on my shed going to do a second application. The packaging was not very good, it was leaking from the sprayer and made a mess in the box. I would definitely buy it again
