A lovely frame and certainly excellent value. I am sure that the packaging would have helped the frame to survive the hardest of knocks in transit. We ordered it to frame a 1,000 piece Ravensberger puzzle and it is absolutely ideal for that as I hope the photograph shows. Peeling off the protective film from both sides of the plastic “glass” front clearly created a lot of static, and so it acted as a dust magnet - some of it from the edges of the “glass” where it had been cut. So I had to clean it anyway before sliding the puzzle in. That was only a minor inconvenience. We were a little disappointed by the delayed delivery though. Having been monitoring the tracking details, we were expecting it to arrive via Hermes before 8pm last night. 8pm came and went and we then got an email to say the delivery was delayed. I guess ultimately that was the courrier’s fault rather than the supplier. But it made this particular shopping experience frustrating which is why I have stopped short of awarding 5 stars. The frame itself is beautiful though.

theses frames look amazing.

The frame looks very nice. The only thing which made me upset was that there were no protective sheets although the instructions said to peel-off them. I tried really hard to find any but in the end, I think it was just a mistake. The plastic glass has a little brown tone which changes the character of the displayed photo.

fitted my embroidery really well and was deep enough not to flatten the stitches. Looks lovely
