This does work on my numb and cold hands. Make sure it dries and then it seems to start working and feels a little less nerve pain. I dip my pointer finger in put some on left palm then rub hands together until rubbed into hands and fingers and a dryer feeling is felt.

The product gave a very strange tingling sensation. I put up with it until I started to get a itchy rash. I stopped using it for fear of it getting worse. It also has a very odd smell that you need to get used to. I really wish that it would have done everything that it said it would.

Helps some for pain

It helps for a few minutes you have to keep putting it on but no more than 3 times in a day

I was restocking on Neuropaway neve support, saw this and decided what the hell lets give it a shot. I've chronic back muscle pain and it was rather comical trying to reach the unreachable haha anyways I had a friend help apply the gel yesterday and can report: 1- i could feel relief almost immediately 2- lasted maybe 3 hours? had a friend apply another layer which extended the relief 3- I know I got globs of this on my back on my first vaudeville attempt and was expecting a stain on my black shirt, turned around and saw nothing?? 4- after my friend veneered my entire backside, I could feel the gel dry quicker than expected 5- applied a smaller amount today and found it unnecessary to use as much as I did yesterday. YMMV 6- the aroma from the gel is heaven; i think it's argan?I use kratom daily for back pain and don't expect this to replace it any time soon, however, I did use them simultaneously last night and it was weeeeeird yet ultra pleasant, I think party bc I could feel the relief from outside to inside, if that makes any sense. It is however pricey, I'm not sure how long the container will last but if I can use for on and off for a few months Ill def buy again.

Doctor told me I needed to put a lotion on my feet. I was getting bid calluses at big toe joint.I ground off calluses and use every morning. No longer have the callus issue.

It is a nice gel that feels good on application, but I dont know if it is effective for pain because due to the awful smell I couldn't use it. I would not buy again.
