Judy was the one to help me, and she was very kind through the emails. I definitely suggest purchasing through this seller.** Well, we just received these today and my daughter loves them. Unfortunately, when I went to put them on her for only the third rime and pulled the strap up the back, it snapped! And I didn’t even pull that hard. 😣 so we duck taped them but I’m so sad they broke so easily. She says they’re super comfy!
