Good quiet machine, with a great range of motion. The bed is very large and comfortable And I can do all exercises on it as someone 5’ 6” and intermediate range, the springs are great as well. I compared for a long time and I’m glad I went for this one. It also folds really easy and slides, not heavy at all either.

Rope cords get stuck and the platform where it’s welded is warped so there’s a lot of unnatural resistance. It’s aesthetically pleasing but it’s not wood it’s metal painted wood. Has a strange odor. Head rest isn’t adjustable vertically only horizontally. Ropes fall out of their holders at times. Overall product was made to be cost efficient, lacking quality. UPDATE: I increased the rating to four stars. The company eventually reached out a few weeks after leaving my original 2 star review. They offered full refund and to replace the ropes as they had a manufacturing issue. They never sent the ropes but with full refund I found ropes with good reviews and bought myself new ones. The final picture is what the ropes should look like.

Honestly a great reformer for the price! Totally recommend getting. It’s worth the money. The quality of all the materials are amazing! Also it’s mostly set up when it arrives, you just have to attach smaller pieces! The instructions were also easy to follow

Came dirty and damaged.

I wouldn’t recommend this Pilates reformer if you’re looking for a solid or challenging workout. While the carriage is supposed to move, the problem is that the entire reformer itself shifts and slides during use. It doesn’t feel stable or secure, especially when doing anything beyond very basic movements. It’s okay for small, controlled exercises, but once you try more advanced or harder workouts, the reformer feels unsteady and cheaply made. The straps for your hands and feet are also a big issue. They don’t stay on properly, even after double-knotting them, and they still came off during use. On top of that, some pieces were already breaking and a few of the screws were stripped, which made the whole reformer feel even more unreliable and poorly made. Overall, it might work for beginners or light use, but if you want a dependable reformer for real workouts, this isn’t the best option.

The quality was OK for a home reformer my biggest issue is that the springs are incredibly loud and the carriage matt is so hard. It’s very difficult to get through a full 30 minute workout.

Bought this for my sister, she’s a pilates instructor and wanted to focus on her own practice in the privacy of her own home. She absolutely loves it, works just fine, all the pieces were there. She’s worked out a few times and she said it works just like an expensive reformer. Here’s a picture of the reformer set up in her living room. Worth the price
