Very pleased with this shampoo unit! It’s extremely comfortable, easy to use and clean, love the dial on the sprayer that changes streams. The product itself is great, but the customer service was fantastic! They called prior to shipment to make sure everything was correct and in line. They even called me 30 minutes ahead of delivery to ensure I was at the location of delivery. Highly recommend!

Did not come with instructions is the only downfall to this unit.Nice chair and very comfortable.Looks great also.

So far so good! We ordered two of these for our salon. I absolutely love them. There were no instructions on how to put them together in the box but if you go to the manufacturer's website you can find and dowload them. Installed easily. Super sleek and much more comfortable than the auto recline chairs we had.

Very disappointed in this shampoo bowl. How can you sell a wash unit for $1000 and not have instructions?!?! And then the little instructions we had to hunt for were awful. This chair is not comfortable, the shipping was delayed twice, and I’m 5 seconds away from returning this damn thing.

No instructions, missing so many pieces, ended up having to make multiple trips to Lowe’s to get it put together. Directions online are confusing. Huge pain in the butt when it all came down to it and had to pay a plumber to install as pieces didn’t match up. Once working it is a perfect small sink/chair for a small salon space but wouldn’t order again.

These are very comfortable and classy. Love that the sprayer has two settings. Nice adjusting bowls.

Good quality sink. It is worth the price. But do yourself a HUGE favor and just get a professional to assemble and install.I tried to assemble it myself, 1 week later there's a huge leak with water everywhere. Very bad look for my business.
