Anyboby that works out and gets soar or stiff muscles. These little cylinders with spikes dig right in to the soar stiffness or charliehorse loosening it up. Because of the dedign you will use it on your triceps & 💪. Quads, calves, hamstrings, chest, hips, neck & what you can reach of your back by yourself unless you have some extra hands to help.

Pinches the skin a little in between the rollers. But if I use one side instead of both it’s fine. I use it for my shoulders.

It came late and when I try to ask for refund, it end up showing that day....... Either way, in the end I got one or the other..... 3 stars cause it's nice and easy to use but the shipping was late

I really like this. I bought it with cellulite oil and rub as soon as I get out of the shower. I bruise easy and I’ve been using it for two weeks and still bruise but I’m not concerned.

This is a great hand held roller that is well made. It is easy to use and maneuver. It should work great to help break up scar tissue and is not painful to use. I think that it is just the right size.

Love this massage roller and already bought some for my sisters! The curved shave makes all the difference. It really allows you to follow the curved of your body and effectively release tension. After using it on my legs regularly, I have also noticed a reduction in cellulite.

I was in need of a specific massager when I came across this one. With its contour I am able to use it to massage out any lumps I have during my breastfeeding experience. It has come in very handy!
