I ordered 3 of these. We are fortunate to have a black lab and a golden retriever and found they never required anything too tall to confine them in a space; however what I had been using was not easy to move not very easy to put away and stuck out in appearance. I liked the fresh white color to match our interior, ability to collapse, and wanted something we could easily step over and these check all boxes.When I originally opened the boxes I found all three well packaged and zero damage. I did notice a smell as I think others may have mentioned. I just let them air out a bit (me being over cautious) wiped them off with a very lightly damp microfiber cloth and was good to go. Zero odor whatsoever.I use these to confine the dogs when washing floors for a short time or when they come in wet from outside to dry them off and am very pleased.

After a lifetime of being a pet owner and purchasing various types/sizes of puppy/dog gates, this product is perfect...sturdiness, size, ease of use, quality, style, adaptability for specific space/areas, and a fair price point. I purchased the Pawland Wooden, freestanding foldable pet gate and love it. It so easy to move around from room to room and heavy enough to keep my dog out and safe from certain areas of the house. I bought the white one and it just goes nicely with everything. I love the fact that I don't have to put holes/sticky marks on my walls or entry ways to support it, it just stays in place by moving it around. I've had the other type of gates before and they're a hassle, but with this gate, it's easy to fold up and move around with no issues. It keeps my romba sweepers from falling down the steps too, which is a bonus since I use two of them daily. It's pretty looking, high quality, weighted and works great for me.

So stable, so durable and mega easy to walk through without having to release a latch each time. We have two of these in our home and love them so much. Our dog has yet to get around one or over it.

I love it! Great design, material and quality. I wish it could bend in both directions for versatility on different stair types.

It stays in place and looks great. It has the right height to easily climb over it if needed, or can easily be moved to get through, without our small dogs doing the same; so, it keeps our dogs where we want them to be. It can also be folded easily to put away. Perfect solution for us! Some reviewers said it had a smell, but ours didn't have any smell at all.

I have a 19lb mini golden doodle. While she’s not a super small dog, she is very lean and can crouch down and squeeze through cat doors and baby gate openings. I also have 2 cats, one of them very large, and he requires the entire cat door to get into the litter box room. This has been quite the challenge for me since my dog took an interest in the litter box a few months ago. I have tried hidden litter boxes shaped like furniture, door latches that leave a gap for a cat to squeeze through and have even gated off the room completely, with a cat tree on either side so that the cat can jump up, jump over and jump down. None of these have been successful or viable options.But the other day, I saw this movable, weighted gate and it has saved my sanity! The gate wedges nicely against the walls in the hallway. My dog cannot jump it (at least, not yet), and cannot move it, so I have peace of mind and so do the cats. It’s very easy to pick up and move around - so much so that I’m going to buy one for my 76 year old mother to help with her dogs. It is sturdy, well made, and easy to step over. I’m thrilled with this purchase.(The door in the picture still has the baby gate up but that is coming down tomorrow now that I’ve had some time to test the new gate.)

This gate has aesthetic appeal and is very well made. It is everything the company advertised it to be. We highly recommend!

Wir haben eine sehr quirlige Aussie-Dame, die schon beim Schmücken des Baumes viel Spaß beim Abschmücken hatte 😅. Also musste eine Alternative her, denn Weihnachten ohne Baum wäre ja einfach kein Weihnachten.Dieses Gitter hat eine sehr gute Holzqualität und ist sauber und ordentlich lackiert. Es gibt keine angeschlagenen Ecken oder dergleichen; auch die Scharniere haben eine gute Qualität und lassen sich sogar abschrauben und neu anschrauben.Wir wollten nämlich nicht die Zihamoniker-Variante, sondern dass beide Seiten in die gleiche Richtung zeigen. Das Umschrauben gibt problemlos und schnell.Wir haben das Gitter noch dekorativ verkleidet mit einer Lichterkette und einer Weihnachtssocke.Wir sind sehr zufrieden, der Baum hat Weihnachten schadlos überstanden und durch die Deko stört mich das Gitter auch überhaupt nicht.Daher insgesamt 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ und eine klare Kaufempfehlung!Wenn Ihnen meine Rezension gefallen hat, würde ich mich sehr über einen kurzen Klick auf "Hilfreich" freuen. Love it! We're delighted with this dog gate. It's strong, sturdy, yet easy to move and folds out of the way when not needed. We love how we can easily manoeuvre it to block off different areas. It was originally bought to prevent the dogs from rushing to greet people at the door, it has been perfect for this. Recently, we have also needed to use it to prevent the dogs from going upstairs (vets orders); the gate is so flexible that we can do both at once!I don't hesitate in recommending the gate - it's well-made and great value.
