*Edit: The rug has flattened out and is now laying well!*This rug is very pretty and soft. It is backed with a foam backing which makes it a bit “cushy” to walk on. The purple color is more gray than it appears in the pictures provided, but is still attractive. My only complaint is that, because the rug was folded up and packaged so tightly, the center of it is stretched. This prevents the rug from laying completely flat on the floor. Instead, there is a significant ripple that bubbles up. Because it’s being used in my daughter’s play area, it will mostly be for sitting or laying on. I doubt it will cause a problem there, and she loves the feel of it. However, if it were in an area with substantial foot traffic, it would have to be returned. I will edit this review if it flattens out over time.

Yes I am giving this rug 5 stars.People complain on here about "theres no foam or it's not thick" that's because the carpet you may already have in your home has padding put down before the carpet is put down so it got a nice spring to it when you walk on it.This rug is 100% a rug. I bought some foam tiles to go under it. Its soft and amazing. The green was it's so cute indeed 3 more. This is for real a good rug. Just know any rug you buy isnt going to be build in with 1 and a half inch of foam.

Very soft and I love the color (I got the grayish purple). However, it is super lightweight and I’m afraid it will start to come apart & lose softness when washed. Super inexpensive so I would not be surprised if it did, but would not buy again for that reason.

The rug is super soft and it's really difficult not to want to make a snow angle on it every time you walk by it! It has a squishy back which makes it non-slip (great on hardwood floors) and it feels slightly squishy when you walk on it. It is thin though and reminds me of a memory foam bath mat. I had a rug pad that I was not using and decided to us that under this rug. It made a big difference. If I did not have the pad though, I probably would have been more disappointed with the thickness.

Fuzzy and comfy - used as an accent rug to make other colors POP !I also purchased the purple one. It is Much lighter in color - more lavender than anything. Sooo, I ended up using it in my spare bedroom as a bed throw. And no, it does not look like a rug on a bed 😉

The rug is a great accent to the room. It is very soft and plush. Feels great under your feet. It was a great value for the money and it is washable. I would definitely buy another one for another room in my house.

Great for display and show but not for use. Have had this a couple of years on a chair, not even used to walk on and have washed it 3 times, it’s started falling apart after 1 wash.Very soft, shag is thin so it looks plush but it’s not really. Because it’s so thin, it’s lightweight.Cannot vacuum, the backing is so thin that the vacuum just sucks it up, so I have to use the hand feature and barely graze it.Save your money for something higher quality.

I can't tell you how much I love this rug. I purchased it to be part of a “green screen room” as chroma key flooring. However, the color was too bright for that (this is 100% my fault because it's the exact color as the product photo).But I didn't send it back because I was too busy wrestling with my cats and my partner to roll on it like its fresh new spring grass then to sleep on it at night!!! I've used it as a blanket, as a bottom sheet replacement, as a cat bed, as a pillow and as a rug! I don't think one whole hour has gone by without there being a human or animal on top or under it!And the very, very bright color becomes instantly the prettiest color in the house when you see its free and you race to claim it....until they eventually insist that it's someone else's turn. The best solution is to figure out how to GET A SECOND ONE!!
