Chopped Chili Peppers in Adobo Sauce

This is so much easier than using a canned version. I don't use chipotle a lot, usually just to make chili, so this saves me from wasting a can. I would try and freeze the extra from the can but it always get lost in the freezer.

Been looking forever for something like this convenient where I don't have to chop or waste a whole can of chipotle. I love the flavor of smoke, just not all the heat!
