If you are trying to source a fgood knife made and manucatored in Japan as I was then don't go here. I thought these was made in Japan not a massive great sticker on the box Made in China. More and more daily I am getting sick to death of the cr@p Amazon allow us, the customer to be tricked by.

loved it, comfortable and well balanced.Giving it 5 stars is a bit of a misnomer as it does exactly what one would expect and does it well.I guess the 5 star rating is simple a comparison to knives that don't do what knives are expected to do.Still, if I lost it I'ld buy it again.

I just received this beautiful knife and its a joy to use. I have handmade knives 3 times the price of this that don’t cut as well. The weight and balance are perfect for my taste, and easily cuts through anything effortlessly. I'm tempted to buy the 5" because the love the 7" so much.

Great knife for the price, I’m having some problems sharpening, Inthink that’s down to me not the knife :-)
