So So So PLEASED with this stroller!
Well, unlike the customer who didn't know how to put the front wheel on, this single mother had no problem. Easy to assemble, and very lightweight. Folds easy go throw in the back of a minivan and those trunks are small! I have a 3 year old 35 lbs and a 1 year old 20 lbs and it pushes with such ease I enjoy running now.Ok so I've read all the bad reviews for this stroller now, and I have to say this is a user issue not a product defect. If these customers read the instructions, they would know to stop, flip the lever, let the wheel flip back and click into place before they continued to run. You CANNOT let that front wheel SWIVEL (like it says in the name) back into the locked position (which means it will at some point be perpendicular to the street). It is just common sense. It is totally safe once you have put the wheel in the locked position, in fact it is absolutely impossible for the wheel to "collapse" because it is underneath the stroller at that point. You wouldnt close the top to a convertible while you were driving, and you can't lock a front wheel as you are running. It does take a second to get it in place, but I assure you this stroller is not defective and is very safe. If, God forbid, this stroller does throw my kids to the street, I will update my review. As of now, I have put hundreds of jogging miles on this blue baby and had zero problem.I looked for the perfect stroller with shades that adjusted and cup holders for the kids and myself and I am so glad I picked this one. My ONLY complaint is it doesn't fit in some doorways, but it does fit through my front door. Actually complaint number 2 is the basket underneath sucks... But I love this stroller and it was worth every minute of research. The first review posted on Amazon by the marathon family sold me on this stroller and they weren't lying. This is the perfect stroller/jogger!

Satisfied
I guess it's a fairly new product since I can't seem to find any reviews for it anywhere. We have a 2 year old and a 2 month old, and wanted a stroller for every day walks and occasional trips. We don't expect to do much jogging (read almost none) but wanted the larger bicycle type wheels for a softer ride. We've had this about a week now and are very pleased with it. Some points they don't mention in the description--The handlebar height is adjustable-the front wheel can be locked and unlocked remotely from a button and trigger gimmick located just in front of the handlebar (yeah for you joggers!)-it comes with speakers (placed in mesh pockets in the sun shades) that you can connect to an mp3 player-The seat belts can be adjusted to 3 different heights-parents also get two cup holders (with rubber inserts, no less, to keep your drink from spilling!) and a small caddy to hold keys/ cell phone/ mp3 player etc.The seat backs recline individually and are adjusted by tightening/loosening a belt, but the way they're adjusted is much easier that some others I've seen. The seat backs are about 17"- 18" tall, unlike some 12-13" ones I've seen. The seats are reclined back a bit even in the most 'upright' setting but if you want your kid to to be able to look out and front more easily, you can use the seat insert to prop his/her head. It's very easy to maneuver and seems to have a really soft ride (the kids bottoms will thank you :) )The size and weight are the only gripes I have about this stroller. It's fairly heavy and very large (even though the rear wheels can be snapped off) when folded (takes up 3/4 of the space in my mid size SUV). It should fit into the trunk of a standard car but you wouldn't have room for too much else.Considering what you pay for it - it's a great buy.

Junk & UNSAFE! Bought and returned.
I am a casual runner, 2 mile runs three times a week and because of scheduling issues I needed to start taking my kids along for the ride. The Schwinn Turismo's price was right and fellow reviewers seemed to be happy with their purchase so I said "what the heck" and bought it... two days later it was back in its box and well on its way back to the seller.Things to note:-Its frame was in no way stable. Yes, it needs to be light and therefor it cannot be built with hardcore metal beams but non the less it wobbled a lot. During my first run it wobbled and creaked enough that I was slightly fearful of it snapping in half and potentially harming my little passengers.-Because the stroller can be adjusted to suit different heights there are two plastic parts included in the handles construction, because of that the handle shook greatly while running. Very annoying.-My three year old son of average height was too big for this stroller. His head was almost scrapping the canopy and his legs couldn't fit on the foot rest comfortable without one hanging over the side. In addition, he could not rest his legs on the foot rest with his knees and use the cupholder at the same time. He could maybe squeeze another half year of use out of this stroller.-The MP3 player was missing completely from this stroller when it arrived. I do not doubt that amazon or Pacific Cycle would have rectified that issue so I do not hold it against them because mistakes do happen but it is worth mentioning.-While this stroller is endorsed by Schwinn it is no way a Schwinn product. It is made by InStep, and that realization was very disappointing because Instep makes low quality merchandise and I was under the impression during purchase that the construction would be up to Schwinn standards. Not at all the case.-The wheel needs to be fixed while jogging or else the wheel will shake violently. Very scary but fix the wheel and you wont have an issue while running... just steering. But trust me I buckled and bought a $700 stroller (Bumbleride Indie Twin) as a replacement and that jogger has the same issues. Unfixed wheel = shaky stroller. Fixed wheel = hard to steer. Take your pick.- I decided that I just couldn't trust the safety of this stroller's construction and decided to send it back, I removed the front wheel to find that the tab washer was bent and almost broken. The manual states "When closing the lever it should leave an imprint on your hand. Thelever should have firm but not excessive pressure." I did just that and still the stroller's washer was damaged enough that I do not doubt after continuous use that the front wheel would have flown off during a jog resulting in possible injury to my children. Very interesting considering I googled this stroller before purchasing and a family complained about the front wheel flying off and I don't doubt it may have been due to the faulty washers. Note to self: listen to fellow reviewers especially if their kids have the bumps and bruises to back up their story.Keep in mind while shopping for a jogging stroller: good joggers keep their value. Buy a $$$ jogger and I don't doubt you will be able to sell it for $$ in years to come. And remember, its your precious babies that will hit the concrete first if the darn thing decides to bust... then you will come flying down ontop of them. Just saying. Think about it.
