I bought this to wrap gift it look so pretty quality of fabric was ok but I was only using for wrapping so it was fine.

Can't see as picture is low but I used on hat and as scarf around her chin. Real pretty and no mess

Exactly as pictured. The stars don’t go all the way to the edges, so you lose about 3 inches fyi very lightweight and float, perfect for a festival skirt.
