The media could not be loaded. The packaging was great. Everything was wrapped well. The texture and color of the seat and back is gorgeous and so comfy. Plenty of room and easy to adjust. Very clear directions, but due to the heaviness and sturdiness of the chair I would recommend two people to assemble. The wheels are awesome. My favorite parts were extra screws and an email address for any issues. This is the way ALL things should be. Well done.

I like this chair a lot, very comfortable, it has ample seat and back. the arm rests are not adjustable but they are very comfy. The look is elegant/classy. Very nice pleather, very nicely made.

Beautiful, comfortable, and easy to assemble. The rollerblade wheels are exceptionally nice and far better than the traditional plastic ones. We bought two of these for our office and they've held up well. They look and feel a lot more expensive than they were. Totally recommend.

A pretty good chair, comfortable to sit in for the 2-4 hours that my WFH requires. Could sit for longer and my 15 has without complaint. Faux leather for the animals and kids to help make it easy to clean. The casters the higher grade and don't require the upgrade that a lot of other chairs would have needed in this price range. The height adjuster works in the usual way but there is only a minimal range of height adjustment alloted, only about 4" but it is suitable for most. I'm 6' 2" and it also works for my 8. Armrests are comfortable. A good compromise with my wife instead of some huge highback office/gaming chair. It does require assembly, DIY. I've only had it 2 weeks, so I can't speak to durability, thus the 4 stars at this point.

The chair arrived in a very heavy box that was extremely banged up. It was fortunate that the chair was not damaged. However, the sealed package of labeled differing screws to put the chair together was destroyed inside of the box. All the screws and bolts were mixed up at the bottom of the box. It took me quite a while to sort all the screws and bolts and figure out what screws and bolts went where as they were all differing for each step of assembly. I managed to get the chair put together. It seems comfortable and functions well.

Good price seems to be well made and should hold up well and is comfortable. Easy to assemble well packed would buy again if needed. Only thing was I ordered black but received dark gray which I'm okay with because my office is done in gray. Would buy again if needed and the price was good.
