hope it does what it says it does grate for on the go

I bought the Shake Weight back in Oct 14 2015 and as soon I received it; I started to using it . I'm a youngish guy that had a stroke and lost the use of my left arm and it was seriously atrophied. I used for two weeks and noticed a real difference in my arms and shoulders. I placed the affected hand onto the Shake Weight and put the non-affected hand over it to hold it in place and shook the hell out that thing. It greatly improved the size of my arm and also it helped my grip.It's a great Item for someone with the same issues I have. I was also thinking it be great for someone in a wheel chair. This shake weight really does do the job. I bought it thinking it was a gimmick... but after just one day of using it a few times a day for as long as I could, and I was deffinitly sore the next day...
