Defective unit not resolved
The unit worked well for 7 months. Then it stoped removing air, but would still seal the bags. Then it would not seal. Upon contacting the company, I was assured that corrective action would be taken. In fact, the website states that my problem would be corrected within 8 hours. It has been more than a month, and I have had no resolution
