I used this bag on an 8-day, 400 mile bicycle trip. 4 of the days were rain. Rest assured this bag is NOT waterproof. The zippers allow water penetration. Everything inside will get at a minimum damp during a solid rain.I didn’t expect these zippers to be waterproof anyway, so my sensitive items were double-bagged and that worked fine.However, it’s a great bag, well-sewn, and never budged or moved on the frame. I used Gorilla tape under the attachment points to eliminate paint scuffs from dust.Pros -DurableTop-down zippers on both sidesNever rubbed my knees while ridingGreat width even when stuffedCons -Zippers are not waterproof

Durable, skinny storage for road bike, especially. Does not fit my Mtn bike because it is too long.
