Rough Country 2.5" Lift Kit for 1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ | 4CYL - 652.20

Arrived fast, easy install. Had some trouble with the rear shocks alinement but persuaded them to go on. The ride is great, lift is perfect for 31" tire. Recommend get track bar bracket for rear, I re-drilled front on axle.

Going on 6 months with the lift installed and nothing but good things to say about it. I would recommend longer or adjustable control arms, track bar relocation brackets, and t-case drop kit to do everything "right".

I've been putting off getting this lift kit for my 97 jeep tj and I wish I never waited now. This kit is amazing and made my jeep ride so much better. Yes the old suspension was stock and shot but now my jeep ride so nice on trails. Just get it, you will not regret it.I also installed the steering stabilizer and rear track bar bracket. I was able to install everything in about 3 hours with no problems.

We installed this lift on a 97’ TJ 4cyl. 97’ Added Rubicon rims on .75” spacers and 255-75-17s. This setup is perfect, creates a great stance with good flex and zero rub. Rides great! The old springs and shocks were shot! Install was straightforward. We replaced the steering stabilizer, rear track bar mount, and transfer case drop kit at the same time.One tip for install: Use external spring compressors. The one we rented fits inside the coils and while it worked, we had to set it just right to avoid interference with the upper spring stops. Removal was also a bit tricky but feasible. Couldn’t be happier.

Had issues with carrier or Amazon getting allOf it. Seller made it right and sent whole new one. Kit. Cost me 300.00 to install by local mechanic with the rear bracket in that cost. Lifted my jeep alot. Decent ride. Would recommend.

I received my Rough Country lift kit and it was packed very well. The directions are clear and precise. I called and asked a couple of questions and Marty was very helpful and straightforward.
