Our favorite neighborhood cruiser
I bought it for my sons to learn some skateboard basics. We're not "skaters" by any means. We just cruise around and we only ride cheap so consider that as you read on.This board is our favorite. The sunset graphic looks great under the grip tape cut-out. It's got curved design with a slight kick at the nose that makes it easy to ride. Though the bearings say ABEC 9, they hardly spin whem you flick them by hand. (This is why I took a star from my rating. Also because there were some slight imperfections in the grip tape application -- a nickel-sized air bubble abd a little twisting under the screws.) I oiled the wheels and adjusted the axle nuts, but there wasn't much improvement. I was prepared to be disappointed until we took it for a spin. It was a smooth, enjoyable ride - even if it wasn't at top speed. We've had it for about a month now and we love this board. My son and I have had lots of fun cruising around on it. I'll get around to replacing the bearings at some point but for now it's okay. If you're a beginner or just looking for a decent quality neighnorhood cruiser, this Flybar is an excellent buy for the price.

fantastic!!
this is one of the best if not the best smaller skateboards. i wanted something like a penny board, but didn’t want the cheap plasticy feel. this is perfect. 24 inches means it fits in any suitcase, it’s very light and easy to carry and pick up, and it’s extremely durable. i’ve had it for almost 3 months now, and i ride it around very bumpy sidewalks and roads, it works perfectly. the only thing that i noticed that is wrong with this, is when you get it in the mail, the stock bearings are very cheap and don’t spin well. you can either replace them, or spend 10 dollars on some bones speed cream, and the board works perfectly. i would definitely recommend if you are an experienced skateboarder looking for something to travel with or even a commuter going to and from work. this would work on teaching a kid how to skateboard, but there are cheaper options out there just for learning.

great board for value, light and compact.
Great board, I got the 24" because I wanted more travel-friendly board rather than my 40" longboard. I am pretty tall and fit guy. (6'1 & 200lbs) fairly new to skateboarding so I was pretty hesitant about getting a smaller board, in fear of falling too much. but I got the board in 2 days of shipping. took it for a test run and it ran great. was very study and handled great with turns, it was bit tighter than I expected but once you get the hang of it, its great. it was better than a lot of other boards I tested in this price range. great value for money I must say.

Great first skateboard!
This is my very first skateboard I bought for myself before I went to college. I bought this just to cruise around and it fulfills its purpose well. Looks pretty with nice sunset colors.

Good for price, bad in the long run
Was a good board for its price and lasted throughout my freshman year of college but after riding my friends’ boards I realized that this company cheaped out on the bearings of the board. If you’re beginning then it’s perfect for you but if you’re looking for a ride then get a board with better bearings like a penny nickel board for faster speed and a smoother ride.

Nice Boards !!
I ordered two of these for my grandkids, age 12 & 13. They appear to be quality boards, at least as nice as a Santa Cruz board, but without the fancy graphics, at one-half the price. However, be forewarned the wheel spin seems quite stiff at first and the wheel nuts are on way too tight and should only be loosened by an adult with the appropriate strength. I took off the wheels, lubed them with Bones Speed Cream, and put the wheels back on. Now it is near perfect. FYI, the bearings do say “ABEC 9” just as advertised and everything else seems to be just as described. There’s no reason anyone should be disappointed in buying this board at this price.
