Feels like Hotel at Home
The media could not be loaded. Straight from the box easy to fix as a replcaement, no need for plumber.The floor of water feels theraupeautic and not wasting water, very thin panel so water hardly stays in so less cleaning will be required (hopefully as I just started using it)
