I like the large capacity (70 pints) of the drain bucket, the built in pump and continuous drainage. In all, it is excellent for handling (with great ease) the humidity level of my very large unfinished basement.

Not worth the aggravation bad customer service from manufacturer
I give it one star because it didn't function correctly. Pulled water from the air and dumped on to the floor. Manufacturer was no help and wanted me to ship back to them on my dime for a replacement. Amazon took it back with full refund
