Gas-X Extra Strength Chewable Gas Relief Tablets with Simethicone 125 mg, Cherry - 48 Count

I will try to be as honest as possible because I depend on other people's reviews and feel I want to help the best I can: Most times I'm not impressed with over the counter drugs or products. I bought this also thinking it would not work well, but thought I'd give it a try. I do not have a horrible gas problem or anything, but sometimes at my 65 year old age, I find a couple times per month I will eat something that leaves my system gassy. That can be anything from burps to passing gas, to having my intestines making horrible groaning noises or even feeling like I might have loose bowels coming. I thought I'd give this product a try. Now it's hard to state without 100% confidence that it is working like a miracle drug, but every since I bought this product, if I get a flair up, usually my intestines rumbling, I will wait a while to verify it's real, and then I take one .. only one tablet so far each time. I chew it up and think "this is so small how can it stop all that noisy rumblings in my stomach ?" BUT, within 10 ten minutes I've forgotten all about the rumblings. SO, is it working perfectly or is my stomach just settling down on its own right after I chew a tablet ? I think it does work to help my system rebalance itself. I plan to keep taking them a couple times per month as long as they continue to feel like they are helping. I recommend this product. Good Luck.

Awesome OTC relief! Gas-X has been around a long time, & for good reason: it works! The tablets are easy to chew, have a very pleasant taste, & work quickly. I like to always have some on hand; I definitely recommend.
