Great quality magnesium. Easy on the stomach, helps with sleep and muscle relaxation. Highly recommended.

I use this supplement to help relieve muscle soreness from working out. Especially paired with potassium, I truly believe this stuff does wonders! Usually after an intense workout, I'll be sore for a day or 2. But with this: I'll work out during the day, eat a banana after I work out, then take 2 of these at night -- my muscle soreness has been reduced at least 75%. It truly makes such a huge and noticeable difference! I generally like this brand of supplements, and this specific variety is no different. It seems to be good quality and does not create any unwanted side effects.

A staple for the well hydrated, calm body. Quiets cramps at inception when taken in a timely manner. Creates restorative sleep when ingested after 7pm. Solid brand.
