EXCEL OUTDOORS Jaws of Ice Auger Carrier

The Jaws of Ice auger holder seems to need some attention during assembly at the factory. Twice now I've had the auger pop out of the holder due to the one side coming loose and allowing the auger bit to flip out. I've put red Lock Tite on the bolting hardware and it's cleared the problem so far.

Great product, only flaw is that it will not hold a Strike Master Honda 4 strike ice auger. They need to fix that and make an adapter.

We'll made and secure bracket. I've used it for a full season with no issues. Also have 2 friends who are professional ice fishing guides that use this carrier on their sleds. Very happy with the Jaws of Ice and highly recommend. Install pics are on a 1999 Ski-Doo 380.

Dose it’s job. I had to buy different hardware to mount it to the rear bumper/grab bar of a Polaris snowmobile. I don’t care but you might, it rattles very load when idling

Liked having my auger on my snowmobile, not bouncing around in a tow behind sled, very well made, and works real good

I set it on my snowmobile 2016 ski-doo TundraLT. My 6-inch auger was fixed well like a picture. It is a recommended tool.

Super easy install & more importantly it holds the auger very, very well. Also love the easy lock & release..Al Jones

Used it for about 3 weeks before the screws holding the Latch rattled loose and lost some major pieces to it. Waste of my money
