AERO X16; Copilot+ PC - 165Hz 2560x1600 WQXGA - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 - AMD Ryzen AI 7 350-1TB SSD with 16GB DDR5 RAM - Windows 11 Home - Space Gray

I’ve been using the Gigabyte AERO X16 (Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 / RTX 5070) for gaming, work, and travel, and it’s exceeded every expectation so far. Performance is top-tier — even during long gaming sessions, both CPU and GPU stay around the mid-60s °C with a cooling pad underneath. No throttling, no lag, and everything runs smooth and quiet for a machine this thin. The overall build quality feels premium — solid aluminum chassis, bright and color-accurate display, and a responsive keyboard and trackpad. RAM and SSD speeds are excellent, and system boot time is nearly instant. The fan noise ramps up only when gaming hard, but that’s expected with this much power in a slim body. I’ve had zero issues so far — no driver bugs, crashes, or overheating. Gigabyte’s GiMate software is easy to use for fan and performance control. This laptop feels purpose-built for creators and gamers who want desktop-level performance in a portable package. Highly recommend for anyone who values performance, cooling efficiency, and build quality in a premium Windows laptop.

I have had this Laptop for a month now and I must say this is a solid, fast, well built Laptop of high quality. I am extremely happy with my purchase. All I use is Gigabyte Products and I highly recommend this one! Great Gaming Performance, Battery life is decent, and it is very quiet.

Incredibly powerful laptop for the price - using it primary for AI LLM running local and performs reasonably well. Noise level during minimal gaming is also comfortable with all the fans spinning up. Experienced initial stability issues and finally decided to wipe the internal drive image and load a fresh Windows image. That resolved all the stability issues when laptop used to freeze when resuming for stand by. Also upgraded the RAM to 96GB of RAM and replaced the primary M.2 with a Samsung SSD 9100 PRO 4TB to improve OS performance - a massive improvement from the OEM M.2. Battery life is on par from what I expected - can use it for most of the day on power savings mode (no gaming or LLM). Removing one star since only 1 USB-C port - although can be resolved with a USB-C hub.

Good product. The best choice for balanced universal laptop with budget limits. Excellent for business, developers and gaming in it's mid level segment. Sorry, I did not provide review immediately, I had no time. I strongly recommend it as a rational choice between price and performance. Thank you Amazon and Gigabyte for opportunity to purchase such high end product in it's niche.

The advertised battery life for this laptop is completely fake. The realistic battery life is approximately 1-3 hours depending on use. The AI software (Gimate) is what supposedly gives this laptop the advertised battery life. The issue with the Gimate is that is constantly disables the Main GPU and limited the clock speeds of the CPU. This normally wouldnt be an issue but the laptop becomes a laggy mess with the AI "optimizes" the performance by doing a bunch of unnecessary tweaks to the CPU, RAM and GPU. Gimate also constantly disabling the 165hz refresh rate to a default 60hz even when you go to play a game. If you manually enable all of the features that the AI software disables then they AI will randomly disable them without any notification. The laptop runs mostly better with Gimate uninstalled, but it is still a buggy mess. When waking the laptop from sleep, the laptop will occasionally crash and have to fully reboot itself simply by being woken up from sleep mode. The laptop is supposed to disable the main GPU when on battery power which is fine, but the transition between plugging and unplugging the laptop from a power source is horrendous. Black flickering screens with occasional crashes as well. You can leave the GPU permanently on by messing with the BIOS, but you do sacrifice battery life which I feel is much better than having the laptop crash because it's highly unoptimized and cannot handle switching from integrated graphics to dedicated graphics. If you're buying this laptop then simply do not install Gimate or uninstall it if it already comes pre installed. Gimate was fully updated before I eventually uninstalled it. Nothing but trash AI software.

My review of the Gigabyte Aero X16 After using the Aero X16 for several days, I can say I’m really happy with the laptop. Even though it’s a 16-inch device, it feels surprisingly light and comfortable to carry in a backpack. It doesn’t take up too much space and it never feels like a burden to transport. The screen is one of its best features: very sharp, well-lit, and the 165 Hz refresh rate makes everything look incredibly smooth—whether I’m browsing, working, or watching videos. For me, it makes a huge difference. When it comes to performance, it’s more than enough. It comes with a Ryzen AI 7 350 and an RTX 5070, and you can definitely feel it. Programs load quickly, I can work without any stuttering, and it’s also excellent for gaming. Even in demanding games it maintains good FPS and solid stability. For editing and multitasking, it handles everything without issues. The keyboard is comfortable, the build quality feels solid, and the sound is better than I expected. About the battery, I’d say it’s decent. Not amazing, but definitely not bad either; it holds up well for normal use and it didn’t let me down at any moment. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the purchase. It’s a powerful laptop with a great screen, perfect for anyone who needs performance for studying, working, or entertainment. I would absolutely choose it again.

Para empezar. Sabemos que es un manojo de nervios cuando uno adquiere un aparato electrónico en línea, y más si se trata de una laptop. Uno se preocupa ó se pregunta si llegará íntegro o recibirás un jabón, un ladrillo u otro objeto. Por fortuna, no fue el caso. Me llegó completo, es lo que pedí y todo en orden. Tras estar rastreando mi pedido, el único "Pero" que encontré fue cuando llegó a aduana. La tuvieron que abrir para inspección. De acuerdo, se comprende porque es un producto importado, ahí empieza a uno a sospechar o a, como dije antes, a preocuparse. A lo que vamos, la laptop. Es ligera, su cuerpo es de aluminio. Al abrir la caja veras su cargador correspondiente, manuales, garantía y stickers para colocarlos en laptop. Las especificaciones técnicas son impresionantes, yo diría que son perfectas, procesador, memoria ram, almacenamiento, Gpu, Wi-Fi 6E, una pantalla con una resolución 2K, a 165 hz, de 400 nits y con Pantone 100% SRGB. Éste tipo de pantalla no se miran seguido en muchas laptops. Ahora, al iniciarla todo marchó bien, desde las actualizaciones que requería Windows 11 hasta el software propio de la laptop Gigabyte. Sin embargo, como algunos o muchos sabrán cómo es Windows 11, hubo una actualización que no se instalaba y no quedaba, por más que busque una solución. Opte por realizar una restauración de fabrica, desafortunadamente. Procedí de nuevo a configurarla y, de lleno, con las actualizaciones de Windows 11 y por fin. La actualización importante, que no quedaba, se pudo instalar. De ahí, de nuevo, el software de la laptop, drivers y por último mi paquetería personal. La restauración de fábrica ayudó. El rendimiento es asombroso, pude correr el software actual sin problemas, al igual con los juegos, los puede correr en configuración Ultra. Lo que es de 100, por parte Gigabyte, es que se puede expandir la memoria Ram hasta 64 Gigas. Una segunda ranura para instalar otro Estado Sólido. Abrir la laptop puede resultar algo difícil, lo menciono para que tengan cuidado, en caso que expandan la Memoria Ram ó instalar la segunda unidad SSD. Estoy muy complacido con esta laptop, es lo que buscaba. Los ventiladores, a mi parecer, no son tan ruidosos cuando trabaja a máxima capacidad. En temperatura ronda entre los 74 grados, eso es con la Gpu, y con la Cpu 65 grados centígrados. Hasta ahora, todo marcha bien. Solo hay que, como dije, lidiar con Windows 11. Porque sabemos que no es perfecto el sistema operativo y puede llegar a ser una molestia, cuando las actualizaciones llegan a romper la estabilidad del sistema.

Pros: Beautiful, bright display with great colors and smooth response Strong performance even with some GPU wattage limits Around 100 FPS in STALKER 2 (1440p Medium, DLSS + Frame Gen on RTX 5060) Lightweight and portable Very solid battery life (about 7–8 hours light use) Can charge via USB-C power bank while traveling Good keyboard feel Great for video editing (GoPro, Insta360 files, etc.) Cons: Some backlight bleed visible on dark screens in a dark room Overall, a great balance of performance, screen quality, and portability for the price.

Everything is good expet when i check graphics card i found thier is no Nvidia graphics card thier only amd 890 and in laptop thier Nvidia tag showing this laptop has it Very disappointed

So far a great buy. Good battery life. Recommended to anyone.
