Received the unit in a timely manner, and installation was straightforward, with gpod instructions. Tested the unit aftrr installation and it operated perfect out of the box. Robust construction, and great versatility with one wired and two wireless controllers. The wired controller does not need to be hard wired as it just plugs in the unit, and can be stored away when not in use.

Absolutely love this winch. It was a breeze to install, works smoothly and no problems. Definitely worth the price.

I bought this 13.5K rated winch on salle for $50.00 less than the 12K model. It was an EASY INSTALL on my new bumper's winch plate. This winch is a brute, fairly quiet and easy to operate with two wireless remotes, and a plug-in remote too. It even comes with a nice ballcap. An OUTSTANDING Bargain for an OUTSTANDING Winch. Solid winch! Mounted it behind the custom grille on my ‘18 JK and it works well. If you are looking at a lot of these and don’t know “winch” one to get, this is a good economical option well worth the money.

This was probably “overkill” for my Jeep but, it was a great price during Black Friday sale. Looks good on the truck. Haven’t had to use it yet.

Bought a new Gladiator and wanted a winch for it. Bought this one. Quality seems very good, install on the bumper was not hard, all the wiring was just as easy.

Just installed it, so haven't put it under serious load. Install is easy, even for a slow poke like me: just four bolts and two cables. Fit is perfect as a replacement for a Rough Country 8,500 lb one that finally gave up the ghost. Went into the aftermarket bumber with bulit in winch mount just fine, no extra drilling. So, the bolt holes must be of a standard layout. The remotes, extra power, and non-steel line are plusses. Shipping was super fast. I agree with others that instead if a branded cap they should ship this winch with a cover!
