IN LOVE with this soft, chemical-free & bamboo TP made by woman-owned company!!
I LOVE THIS TP! No nasty chemicals so there is reduced irritation plus it is lint-free & super strong so no mess left behind. Works great with my septic system. I love how I am being earth-friendly since it is plastic & tree-free. The rolls are smaller, but I noticed that there are actually the same number of sheets as the Charmin rolls I normally used. Also - can we talk about how cute the packaging is? It is fun to get my TP shipped to me when it is this cute.

Best TP Ever!!!
My family has been a Charmin family dating back to my maternal grandmother who swore it was the only toilet paper that wouldn’t clog up a septic tank. Septic tanks are gone and using mass-marketed TP such as the name brands lies with the tanks in antiquity. This bamboo toilet paper is wonderful! Not only can it be harvested from a tough cut-and-come-again source, but the absence of harsh chemicals is a relief. I’ve taken great steps to remove caustic chemicals from touching my family (make my own laundry detergent, switched to organic bar soaps, etc), and TP was next. What you put down the drain comes right back through the tap. The rolls on this product seem smaller, but they last just as long as others. The paper seems thin, but bamboo is unique in that it’s strength will actually increase when wet. There’s also zero TP dust left behind. Each roll is individually wrapped in paper, bundled in a cardboard box. My hope is this company will continue to grow. The only problem I’ve encountered is with the product being in stock when needed. I did have to substitute once and I tried another brand sold on Amazon (more pricey based on sheets/$), and the quality was subpar in comparison to Bim Bam Boo.

FORMERLY the best tree-free toilet paper yet!
I placed a bulk order for this bamboo toilet paper before the pandemic. I love the sustainable packaging and that each roll is individually wrapped in paper - no plastic! The paper wrapping comes in different colors and is actually pretty! Even better, this is the best bamboo toilet paper I've tried to date. Others were either too hard/scratchy, so thin they disintegrated and/or difficult to pull off the roll. Bim Bam Boo is decently soft and yet sturdy enough to withstand getting the job done. And, when there was a run on toilet paper and a friend could not find any, it felt safe to leave 3 individually wrapped rolls in my garage for her. I really hope this toilet paper is offered for sale again!2021 update: I was eventually able to order this toilet paper again and the quality is not nearly as good as it was when I first purchased it. Not as soft. I'm disappointed. Docked one star since original rating.

Way better than normal toilet paper, and plastic-free
My fiance and I decided to make the switch to bamboo when we learned that most paper products have BPAs in them. This is because paper products--toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates, etc.-- are usually made with recycled paper, like office paper, and receipts often get thrown in with it. Whereas you can buy toilet paper made straight from the tree, this is actually way more expensive than buying bamboo. Bamboo also grows quickly and takes up little acreage for the volume, so it is a more sustainable choice than toilet paper straight from a regular tree. I looked at reviews and descriptions for several different brands of bamboo paper for softness, amount of paper on one roll, and cost per roll. This one checks all the boxes. Although it says "2 ply," it feels a lot softer and sturdier than a standard 2 play toilet paper. You do have about half the paper on the roll, but because it is more durable you don't have to use as much. This did not have the most paper per roll, but the difference between it and the higher ones was marginal. Cost per roll was fairly marginal, and mattered less as I read more positive reviews. Additionally, these are not packaged with any plastic. Each roll is wrapped in tissue paper and the 24 pack comes in a cardboard box. Definitely the best choice for anyone trying to go plastic free. My fiance and I have had a 24 pack for a month now and we are barely halfway through the box. I will definitely be buying this from now on.

Just okay; the search for good bamboo TP continues
Pros: It's bamboo and a little softer than other bamboo brands. In trying to be sustainable, bamboo is the best option.cons: very thin, falls apart easily - no one wants to be making confetti when they're using TP; it's expensive. For the price, I really expected the quality to be outstanding but instead it feels like cheap one ply toilet paper that you get in a public bathroom. The rolls are very small. The package has quite a few rolls though so you end up committing to a lot of this product before trying it. Their return policy is very, very limited, so I guess I'm stuck with using up this box.The search for a nice bamboo TP product continues.

Better than most
I have experienced significant skin sensitivities and reactions to regular toilet paper (Charmin, Quilted Northern, etc.), and had to switch to unbleached toilet paper that was septic and RV safe. I previously used Second Generation's unbleached toilet paper (the brown colored one), but I can't seem to find this toilet paper anywhere anymore. So I did some research and found that bamboo toilet paper is often used for the same purpose (hypoallergenic, biodegradable, environmental friendly, etc.). I was really bummed about having to make the switch, but after using this toilet paper for the last three days, I have noticed it is significantly softer and way more responsive to my sensitive skin. I haven't experienced any irritations at all. Though the rolls are small, like previous reviewers wrote, you don't have to use nearly as much at once. To me, all of those things are worth the money. Haven't had the opportunity yet to see how it does in a camper septic tank, and if it really does break down quickly to prevent clogs, but I am sure I will try it out soon. Definitely the best TP I have tried to date.
