Good value Aida that is perfectly useable.
I have bought cheap Aida in the past and have noticed a very poor quality of manufacture giving unequal squares and variation in thread quality. This is a good quality fabric and measurements were accurate. It is stretching just slightly under frame tension but this is not really a problem. Coverage is good using two strands to stitch with, I think it would be better using three strands but I hate using three!!Overall I am very happy with the colour saturation too. This is a good purchase for general projects.

Good size
This is dark and can be harder to stitch - sometimes the needle splits the threads making stitch uneven , but using a thicker blunter needle , I found it easier - the fabric has been cut off skew - so does need levelling up - The size would make one cushion front - and due to having to cut edges straight some edge would be lost - I am cutting smaller squares anyway to make Christmas cards , so the uneven edges not too bad. I find 14 count the best I can deal with with my eyesight - and for speed of stitching . the stiffness is useful to hold fabric firm for stitching - I always use a hoop / frame - and I steam iron on the reverse through a cotton t-towel- which helps to soften finished item- this size seemed good value for the choice of colours available - for bigger projects I would buy by metre.

Really bright red aida
Needed this colour Aida for a project and the piece was the perfect size.The quality is great as it's thick but not too stiff. It didn't fray when I cut the piece to fit the frame once finished.Highly recommended and will be ordering more

Quick delivery, good product.
Very happy with this aida, it's perfect for my most recent cross stitch project. It matches the colour of my living room really well. The material is quite stiff, but personally I find that easier to work with. It arrived very quickly, quicker than expected. Would definitely buy again.

First time trying cross stitch
As a first timer, this was much easier to use than the 18 count Aida (which I subsequently discovered!). It softens up nicely in a warm bath
