Have used this pan several times for omelets, eggs and crepes. It does clean easy. I did season it with olive oil per the directions and then set my electric stove top to 3, and had to raise it to 5 to set it. I have an old stick free pan I needed to replace. due to the chemicals and wanted a non-stick without the bad chemicals. This pan does very well. I have a GE Profile electric cooktop level 5 seems to be the sweet spot on my cooktop. It takes longer to slightly brown a crepe than my old stick free pan but this pan is so much safer. I have not gone back to the old pan since getting this one. It cleans very easy.

I Love this pan! It's an awesome griddle/ Comal/ tortilla pan! It's made very well. Solid quality. Comes with a handy screw driver. I've only had 2 weeks and it's by far one of my favorite pans I've ever owned. I highly recommend! And it'd very pretty! I will definitely by more items from RedChef!

I bought this for making crepes, which I’ve never made before. I haven’t gotten around to them yet, but have used this for eggs and grilled cheese sandwiches. This did really well for the eggs, but for some reason this didn’t “crisp” the grilled cheese sandwich - which I found rather odd. Despite the fact that I like them pretty darkly toasted, they were still somewhat “soggy”. Not a problem for me, as that’s not this pans main purpose for me.This pan cleans up extraordinarily well, and has kept its shape - no warping so far - though this isn’t a pan that I’d crank the heat up on for searing. Again… that’s not what I bought this for.I haven’t had any problems with discoloration of the cooking surface, despite the really browned butter residue from my grilled cheese sandwich ”test”.My range is induction, which means it has a glass top. One thing I noticed, that took a bit of adjusting to, is how lightweight this pan is. So lightweight that it’ll slide across the glass surface with very little effort - including just slipping a spatula under a fried egg. Not a big deal to make sure you have hold of the pan if you’re doing anything with it’s contents.Overall, a really good pan - IMO.

Comal is lightweight, pretty and curved. It also came with a screwdriver to put the handle on! You can also cook pancakes, eggs, tortillas, etc in this pan.

Not good, food got stuck, the remains turned black. Returned the product. Stains present even after cleaning...

I love this pan! you dont need oil and my crepes came out perfect!
