Does an excellent job supporting my knee, keeping it warm while maintaining movement. My orthopedist recommended the rehband for a torn meniscus. While pricier than other options, it is very well made, easy to launder.

Works great and helps out so much on leg day

Lost one of my last pair which were over 10 years old. So bought a new set, finally they come in black. I have always used these as elbow sleeves since I like the additional length covering my torn bicep. The new pair seem to be bigger by 1/2 inch to an inch. I still have one of my old sleeves of the same size (except blue) and the old one is definitely tighter. I will say, my last pair, which are in fantastic shape, lasted a very good portion of my competitive career. These will last well beyond the end of my days in the gym.

Beginner women's BJJ and this was the top recommended brand/style. 3 panels make it SUPER comfortable! Knee is kicking some fluid out at the same time so, it's keeping my knees cozy and protected. No funny silicone strips that burn into my skin, either

Can’t say enough about these knee sleeves! Very supportive and durable. Doesn’t lose as much elasticity as other brands after washing(even after a few years) this is my third pair. I gave a pair away to someone who wasn’t sold on them and the price just to prove a point. Haven’t heard ANY complaints since I did that! 😂. Needless to say I’m sold on this brand.
