There are many reasons for signal loss and static noise. To minimize them, please keep the antenna upright, ensure no obstructions interfere, choose the most stable frequency for operation, and remove electronic devices around the receiver.

How to change the frequency of the receiver?

The TW821 uses frequency hopping technology. When you press the frequency selection button on the transmitter (bodypack or handheld microphone) to change frequencies, the auto-tuning receiver will immediately respond and change accordingly.

Will the system remember all of my settings in the last stage of operation after the power is unplugged?

Yes! The TW821 has built-in memory storage so that the system retains the settings in the last stage even after the power is unplugged.

Can I add additional handheld/headset/lavalier microphones?

Yes, the TW821 has two wireless channels. Please pair two handheld/headset/lavalier microphones with receivers of different frequencies to avoid interference. We also offer spare handheld/headset/lavalier microphones for your multiple uses.
