Where are the at home instructions? The only instructions I received was for a commercial machine. Does anyone has the mesaurements for a 1 1/2 quart?

How to mix per small container

On the back is the "bulk" recipe, because I don't know your package size let me give you my solution. Take the amount of the package and the mix amount and calculate the small portion size. EX: I have a 6lb bag which is 96 oz. It makes 8 quarts. 96 oz/8 qts = 12 oz/qt = approx 24 tablespoons or 1 1/2 cups. Adjust flavor from there. I use milk instead of water for a creamier taste. Also, if you put fruit in the blender, add an approx. amount of frostline and milk it makes a great ice cream - strawberries and blueberries are wonderful and sugars are not needed with this mix. Coffee creamers and drink mixers also add a nice flavor. I suggest crushing oreos in a bag to add just before serving. Good luck, just calculate down to the amount you will need and adjust for flavor.

Can the powdered mix be put right into a blender with liquids and other add-ins and ice and made into a smoothie?

I don't see why not. I've never tried it that way but it sounds good!

I know I read a review that said they mix up a large quanity and keep the liquid in the fridge for immediate use whenever. how long does it last?

I’ve never mixed it ahead of time so I don’t know. We mix 1/2 bag with one gallon of water at a time and then the other half bag is avaiyfor later use.
