Super tasty. Makes my pasta, soups and other dishes taste cheesy. Perfect replacement for dairy cheese. Also is healthier and goes for a long time. This has now become a stable in my kitchen. I had white cheese pasta after so long only because of it.If anyone is looking for cruelty free cheese substitute, this may be the for on you.

Very strong fragrance do if you are trying it for the first time I would recommend you use the unfortified version of the same This is fortified with B12 and other vitamin, so this tends to be more pungent so we use this one to add in our dogs diet and he loves it if used in smaller quantities in soups and basis and cooked gravy, it usually does not provide specific taste, but if you eat it in raw form by sprinkling, it’s a bit strong flavour

This supplement increases vit B12 level. I got my B12 level changed from lowest 131 to 177 in 4 months . Good product.

I picked this up after seeing so many people recommend nutritional yeast for its health benefits, especially the B12 boost. I've been using it for about a week now — mainly sprinkling a bit over salads, pasta, and sometimes mixing it into sauces. So far, I haven’t noticed any obvious effects yet (which is understandable — it's early), but I do want to mention the taste. It’s very distinct — sort of cheesy and nutty, but with a strong, slightly bitter aftertaste that took me by surprise. I wouldn't call it bad, but it's definitely something you need to get used to. I'm keeping my usage light for now and hoping my palate adjusts over time. For first-timers like me, just know this isn't like your average seasoning — it has a very specific flavor. That said, if it lives up to the health claims, I think it'll be worth sticking with.
