Just don't buy this device. It's nothing more than a circular piece of glass.
Holistic Health advertised this thing as an anti-radiation tool that would neutralize a lot of EMR waves, but after I ordered it, I called them & they told me this device wouldn't help me w/ that. Amazon is now investigating them as a seller. They also offered no information, testimonials or research, to back-up ANY claims about this product from the description, & I can't find any online. The product arrived today in a blank white box with NO INSTRUCTIONS, warranty card, or even a label identifying the product as a BioDisc. All I had to go on was the invoice stating that I had bought a BioDisc. Worst of all, I had to spend FOUR HOURS on the phone w/ Amazon customer service, sorting out this disaster, and it was the most complicated, confusing thing I've had to deal with, beyond health insurance companies (as a disabled person). 5 different Amazon C.S. reps. assured me that the 'A to Z Guarantee Claim' had been successfully submitted, only for me to find out from the next CS person, that the order wasn't flagged w/ this status! I dread the thought of anyone else getting swindled into buying a BioDisc. Just don't do it. It seems like Holistic Health was well-intentioned, but you know what they say about the road to hell. -Account holder's progeny
