FuserNow is amazing
I ordered a maintenance kit for our HP 4015dn and FuserNow called me to see if this was the proper unit as it was a 220V unit. I said no, that I have a 110V printer. They made the change and shipped out the correct unit. Thank you FuserNow for being on top of it!!

Printer still smuding
Regardless of replacing fuser and all rollers the print quality is still very poor. Toner smudging and streaked all over the page. This is the second one from this company in a short time. Will no longer buy maint kits for our stores from this company. Poor quality fusers.
