Does this product contain soy or any derivatives of soy, like soy lecithin?

My apologies.... our taffy does not contain soy lecithin. It contains Sunflower Lecithin. Hopefully that makes a big difference for your needs.

What are the ingredients? Does it contain eggs or gelatin?

No it doesn't contain but it does contain egg whites!

Whether left in the cupboard or put in the refrigerator, this taffey has the consistence of tooth paste. I open the wrapper and have to scrape it off.

I keep it in the refrigerator and it peels off the wrapper perfectly.
