Not for me
I have severe bursitis and hoped this tape would provide some hip support. It did absolutely nothing for me, no support at all.

Toxic
It burned my skin after wearing for 24 hours and I'm not sensitive. I was also sold 3 inch wide and the tape that arrived was 2 inch. Picture taken days after removal.

Helpful for PF issue
It was helpful as advertised for my PF issue. I reordered the 2 inch as it is easier to manage.
